You’re welcome, it’s been on my wish list for yonks and then today, bang!
They reduced it over 50%, it just pays to look at your list on a daily basis.
Gave it a thought but £2.99 seemed a lot of money, but went over to Amazon just for a look-see and lo it was £2.98…… with such a big price drop I couldn’t refuse ……
I suspect you may not be a Yorkshireman moosey, as the correct pronunciation is
‘ey oop.
Dropping the voiceless glottal fricative at the beginning of hey!
Moose, like myself, is a Hullensian; we do things differently here, even Yorkshire. You’re much more likely to hear “Now then” or “Alright?” in these parts. Maybe Moose has become gentrified with all his airs and graces…
Arrived today – haven’t had time to give the requisite 6 listens – but first impressions are very good. And what a great recorded sound! There’s a “master tape” clarity and realism to the voices and instruments which impresses me very much – if it’s digital studio trickery, then it’s been very well done…
It`s a very good album, continuing Croz`s great run of quality solo releases.
Purchased! Many thanks for the tip-off, @plumb1909 ….I’ve been very impressed with Sky Trails and Lighthouse and I presume this is more of the same…

Thank you. That’s the day off to a good start.
I paid twelve quid for this album, and I didn’t feel shortchanged. Anyone not picking it up for three quid is barmy.

Hey up! A fellow Yorkshireman?

Perhaps I don’t need reminding to say it proper.

Yes. I even have a colour television.
A what?
It doesn’t even run on town gas.
Hull, Hull that’s practically the continent!
Gateway to Europe.
Or, alternatively, a soft port if you want to shift drugs and hooky tobacco.
Surely gateway to the continent. Or…..
Thought that was Harwich!

One of the attractions of this disc for me is the involvement of co-producer Michael League.
The man behind Snarky Puppy . . .
. . . and Bokante . . .
. . . and The Lighthouse Band.
What a talent.
