It makes sense.
Kate Bush at the BBC
I missed this the first time round but it is currently on the BBC iPlayer.
Some great clips I had never seen before so if you like her I recommend it.

Does the concept of an album still exist today with new releases?
I would say no.
I have just been posting a few great opening tracks from albums I love on the other thread but I doubt I will ever love another album again based on how I listen to music now.
I feel sad about that.
Yes I know I could change the way I listen to music but I wont. (Bloody Kids!)
Electric Cars
The FPO and I have finally decided to trade in our 2002 Toyota RAV4 as a second car and we are going green.
We will be buying a top spec Nissan Leaf that we will hope to keep for another 13 years.
Does anyone here have experience of electric cars and their practicality. This car will be used for the school run, trips to the supermarket etc. so is an ideal choice I think.
ATM Places to rent in London over Easter
I will be taking Mrs Wheaty and the kids (4 and 6) to London the week after Easter weekend for three days to enjoy all it has to offer.
Does anyone have any good recommendations on a self catering apartment type option in the centre of London?

They delivered one of the best debut albums ever…in the top 10 IMHO.
And they were great live.
Journey – a truly marvellous band thatb the UK never “got”
Enjoy this.
Never understood why the UK audience never appreciated them.

Who would you vote for and why?
I will still vote Lib Dem.
They have been a good balance for the last 5 years.
OOAA!!
The Joy of Julian Cope
A top chap and someone I have followed for many years.
I have a soft spot for his mid 1908s period.
This is marvellous:
Any other fans here?
Great Lost B-sides…remember them?
Here is a Del Amitri B-side from 2002 on a single from their last ever studio album.
I’m An Unbeliever.
Marvellous!
Now This Is What I Call The Best Ever Track On A Live Album…Ever
Cheap Trick – Surrender – Live at the Budokan 1978.

The Fall – the worst band ever?
What did they ever add to rock music?
Over hyped noise IMHO.
The Smiths – What Did They Ever do For Us?

Has the way you listen to music changed in the last couple of years?
Since I purchased my iPhone 6 which includes a free 2 years subscription to Spotify Premium I know that mine has changed forever. I only bought one CD last year (Royal Blood) and doubt I will buy many more in the future.
I still play my CDs in the car but as technology develops I am sure this will change as well. All of my CDs have been stored in the loft for a few years having been ripped to iTunes and put on the iPod but even this seems redundant now.
Judie Tzuke – For You and all the other returners!
Welcome back my friends to the blog that never ends!
NWOBHM the best track ever
No more discussion needed.
Supertramp were a great band and what The Beatles would have become…
Child of Vision is the greatest thing Supertramp ever recorded.
They are what The Beatles would have developed into…or is that ELO?
Cricket World Cup Thread
An interesting start IMHO with England being truly awful and Ireland pulling off a not completely unexpected victory over the West Indies.
High scores seem to be par for the course on these pitches and anything below 300+ is unlikely to get you a victory (the Scotland/New Zealand game being the exception so far).
Any thoughts on other potential upsets to come?
