The lovely Carol & I went to Birkenhead today to do a bit of shopping.
One of the first shops we went into had Christmas decorations for sale.
I fucking despair.

It’s just one of the many delights of leaving the EU without a trade deal but with a pandemic and a recession, in the middle of winer.
I was having exactly this discussion with Mrs T last night. But whilst the lorries kept rolling earlier this year we will have stopped them after 31st Dec.
