At Heathrow before all those HSBC ads, arriving travellers were met with a big picture of Parliament from the South Bank, with a ton of litter in the foreground. I’m not sure whether the LHR bods wanted to present an honest view of the capital or whether the photographer was being subversive. (The photographer can’t have missed seeing the rubbish).
