Definitely worth a listen – a cliche, but if it had been a Floyd album it would’ve been huge – as it was, it rather slipped under the radar. Some great guitar work by Jeff Beck in the Gilmour role.
Wasn’t it supposedly one of the two sets of demos that Roger presented to the band, the other being “The Wall”? I think I read an interview with Nick Mason once where he said that…
I can’t see the attraction myself. I think Pros And Cons of Hitchhiking is fantastic – a worthy companion to The Wall and The Final Cut – but Amused To Death and Radio Kaos do nothing for me.
