The album is Down to Believing It came out this week.
Strong songs with great melodies. Songs that refer to her ex husband, their autistic child and life in general.
I never thought it could be so Good!!!

Well I see it’s on e-music so it looks like that’s sorted. In truth I like all of hers, except the covers one. OK, not astounding like her sis, but still pretty damn good. She was too good for Stevo.
In a recent issue of Blues Mag, Steve says playing Blues is what you do “after you’ve had you’re ass kicked”
Two listens now and so far in it’s a belter!!
My god! I was thinking of buying it myself. But, without the henpetsgi seal of disapproval, I’m not so sure!
I do love Allison, and am starry eyed enough to report that I have a signed copy of her first album, bought from the merch stall at a Trisha Yearwood concert ages ago where she was signing them. Swoon.
What, Trisha Yearwood signed an Allison Moorer cd? Isn’t that fraud?
Joking apart the only track I have heard thus far sounded very good indeed. Her last one was very good.
Great singer, great songwriter. I actually prefer Allison to her sister.
And she is beautiful. I have some weird memory of an old video of one of her songs, must have been around 2000ish where she’s rolling an egg on her stomach. Or is that just my imagination?
I’m convinced! I’ve gone and bought it now. Why not do a Nights In, daff?
