Great work, dai. The Revolver box may not be quite as good as the previous boxes but the remix is right up there with the best. I spent nearly three hours in a car yesterday and it sounded wonderful, including She Said She Said, which takes some getting used to under headphones.

So I think Little Feat actually made 4th place, sorry. Blame it on those who couldn’t follow basic instructions (artist first)!
‘Fell From The Sun’ is the 98 bpm various artists compilation (a Stanley & Wiggs collation) of downtempo stuff from 1990/1991 that also came equal 9th in the top 13!
And most entertaining it is, too.
You may wish to expand the `Reissue Poll` to 20 nominations, or you may not @dai.
I say this not as a criticism but due to the number of reissues, historical releases that are released these days. It would make the poll results much more interesting and more accurately reflect the tastes of the pollsters.

Anyone looking to buy the Revolver CD box set – it’s down to less than £90 on the dodgers site.
I think (hope) it will go lower.
I would hope so – I got the 2CD version and thought I might go for the vinyl this time as I already have the mono CD too, but that set is still the same price at the mo.
I have the standalone LP which, as usual, was half-speed mastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road. Hurrah! But then they gave it to bloody GZ to press, instead of Optimal, so it isn’t as quiet as the previous SDEs.
Apparently the mastering across the LPs in the box varies a bit, farmed out to different engineers, due to people catching covid.
Oh crap. The very reason I rarely buy vinyl these days.
