An excellent piece, as ever, Niall.
A small correction – Mary Chapin Carpenter’s Jubilee: Live At Wolf Trap was a DVD only release. She never got around to releasing a live album on CD until a couple of years ago when One Night Lonely was released.
There is a bootleg circulating that purports to be an MCC Unreleased Live album, but it isn’t. It’s a compilation of some early songs.
