Top work as per.
Linx were bloody good, weren’t they? And that other tune up there is certainly a toe-tapper. That young feller should go far etc

Thanks., @Moose-the-Mooche
Yes, I hadn’t grasped how important Linx were to the black music scene. I’m so chuffed because I love that first album. I have a friend who is god-parent to David & Carrie’s kids and, although I’ve only met them once, they were absolutely lovely people.

Not surprised. You’ve sent me back to this, which is bloody awesome.

My older brother was a soul boy, wedge haircut etc and a huge Linx fan. They were brilliant and a cool as you like bass player called Sketch. What’s not to love?

I must dust off my Linx albums that I haven’t played this century. Talk about forgotten treasure..

Marvellous, as usual. One small typo:
“Mastering and taoe echo”.
I have the first Linx album on cassette, which my dad found left on a train seat.

Great blog Niall, as per. Good nerdery count too. The very word “outboard” gets my nostrils flaring.
